That is Sister Genelle Willis and she is serving in Temple square. I had tea at her families house last week and I almost choked to death cuz I didn't chew the chicken and laughed! I literally thought I was going to die for a second! haha. It was really funny afterwards though. I played it off cool =P.Elder Blackburn
